WordPress has this great new way to track website visit stats. Mine are up. That might surprise some of you who are watching the number of comments, likes, and/or tweets.

Here’s something I read the other day: if a blog reader doesn’t see any responses on the site, they are not likely to respond either. If there’s 1 response, there’s a much greater chance someone else will comment, like, share, or tweet too. I’ve had other comments lately – lots of them – from people who want me to include their business information in their comment. Their “accents” are different and their website links questionable at best. I am picky and have decided to choose only the comments I trust. You might think that by passing up these others who include their business links in their comments that it’s all about me out here. It’s NOT. It’s about  my readers and about the reviews, the guest bloggers, and keeping a clean blog. I approved one of those comments awhile back and found out the hard way the sender’s website had a nice home page they used a front to their “other” pages. I will not describe what I found lurking there.

So, if you visit and enjoy what you read, please comment, like, share, & tweet. I’ve made it easy for you. It’s sort of like follow the leader – if you do, someone else might too and that helps the authors whose work I review. Yes, it helps mine too.
